How to Start a Return or Exchange

Return Window
Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.

Size exchanges are welcome for unworn items with original tags attached. If you're exchanging for a different size, you'll be responsible for shipping costs. If we made an error with your order, we'll gladly cover the shipping.

Refunds & Policies

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return or exchange is the result of our error.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 5–10 business days for returns and exchanges to be processed.

Sales & Pricing
Prices are honored at the time of purchase and cannot be adjusted for future promotions or sales.

Sale Items
Sale items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
